Vintage & Classic Rally
We are already planning this year's event which will take place on Sunday 8 July 2012 and be our 35th Annual Vintage & Classic Car Rally.
Provisionally, the rally will start in the Thetford area and then head north through the county to lunch at Fakenham Racecourse and on to finish at the magnificent Holkham Hall close to the north Norfolk coast. Further details should be available here shortly.

Last year's 34th Annual Vintage & Classic Rally took place on Sunday, 26th June, 2011. The rally started at the Timbers, Fincham with lunch at the Barnham Broom Hotel and finished at Thursford Museum, near Fakenham with a route of around 70 miles.Thanks to everyone who supported the event and to the team of KLDMC marshals. The standard of entry was extremely high so congratulations to all the class winners and to Derek Langridge who won Car of the Day, following on from his class win last year. Well done too to Steve Saunders & Liz Bollons who won our new award, the Hillebrand Bos Memorial Trophy, for their adventurous outfits in keeping with their VW Devon Caravette of the mid-1960s.

This event is organised every year by KLDMC and, since the first event back in the late seventies, has attracted support from classic car enthusiasts across the east of England. The event is organised in a simple but popular format based around three venues – start, lunch halt and finish - and enjoys a reputation for being an informal day’s driving and socialising for owners of all types of classic car.
