The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Kings Lynn & District Motor Club Limited took place at Runcton Holme Village Centre, School Road, Runcton Holme, Kings Lynn on Tuesday 11th March at 8pm

The meeting was well attended. Paul Haylock, Chairman, gave a report on the past 12 months for the Club which had continued to be successful, albeit with the disappointment of having to cancel the Lynn Stages due to foot and mouth. Clubnights have continued to be well supported and the Dinner Dance and Vintage & Classic Run both made modest profits in 2007.

Paul Davison, Treasurer, reported that overall the Club made a small loss on the year following the purchase of new stages rally equipment and repair costs associated with the stages event at Rockingham.

There were a few changes to key officials:

Bob Offer was elected Chief Marshal in place of Adrian Coales, who has stepped down after many years in the post. Stephen Lloyd has added another 'hat',  that of Competition Secretary, taking over from Richard James whilst Judy Bates assumes the role of Media Co-ordinator from Nick Daubney. Adrian, Richard and Nick remain on the Committee and are joined by a new member, Ade Boler. All other posts remain as they were in 2007. See Committee Contacts for full details.
